We collect no sensitive information, no payment data through the site, and no information about anyone under 14.
4. Why we collect it
Each piece of information serves a specific purpose. We put it to no other use without asking you.
- To schedule and run a demonstration on your field.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for automated prospecting, and we make no decision based exclusively on automated processing.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site activates no non-essential cookie before you consent. On your first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline. Declining is the default state: if you do not answer, or if you decline, no analytics tool is loaded.
We plan to activate the following tools. They will run only for visitors who have accepted.
- Google Analytics
- Traffic measurement, with IP anonymisation. Provided by Google LLC.
- Meta Pixel
- Measurement of how our posts and ads perform. Provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Measurement of professional interest in our pages. Provided by LinkedIn Corporation.
Some cookies are strictly necessary: they remember your consent choice and let the booking calendar work. They serve no measurement purpose.
6. Who we share it with
We disclose your information only where necessary for the purpose you entrusted it to us, and only to the following third parties.
- Hexagone Sport Robotics
France - The manufacturer, for warranty registration, parts orders and factory-level technical support. We pass on only what is necessary: identification of the customer, the site and the robot.
- Microsoft
Canada, United States - Our email and calendar provider. Demo bookings go through Microsoft Bookings and are subject to Microsoft's privacy practices.
- GTR Turf
Quebec - Our field partner, where a project is run jointly with them and your file directly concerns it.
Disclosure outside Quebec
Hexagone Sport Robotics is established in France, and Microsoft processes data in Canada and the United States. Before any disclosure outside Quebec, we assess whether the information would receive adequate protection, taking into account the applicable legal framework and the recipient's contractual commitments. France is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, which offers comparable protection.
We may also have to disclose information to comply with a law, a court order or a legitimate request from a competent authority.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for seven years following our last interaction with you, to cover equipment lifespan, warranties, service history and our accounting and tax obligations.
After that period, information is securely destroyed or anonymised. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only the minimum needed to honour that request.
8. Your rights
Quebec law grants you several rights over your personal information. Write to tristan@rochonsportsrobotics.com to exercise them; we respond within thirty days.
- Access
- To know what information we hold about you and obtain a copy of it.
- Correction
- To have inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information corrected.
- Withdrawal of consent
- To withdraw your consent at any time, going forward. Some processing necessary to an ongoing contract may have to continue.
- Portability
- To receive the information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used technological format.
- De-indexing
- To ask that we stop disseminating information about you, or de-index a link to it, in the cases provided by law.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
9. Security and incidents
We protect information with reasonable measures: access restricted to those who need it, accounts secured with two-factor authentication, and encryption of site traffic and email in transit.
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we promptly notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and we record the incident in the register required by law.
