Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of rochonsportsrobotics.com. They do not replace the sales or service contract we sign with our customers: where the two differ, the contract prevails.
1. Acceptance
By browsing this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
The site is operated by Rochon Sports Robotics Inc., 298 Côte Saint-Nicholas, Saint-Colomban, Quebec J5K 1C8, Canada. In this text, “we” means that company and “you” means the visitor to the site.
2. Use of the site
This is a showcase site. It presents our range of robots and lets you book a demonstration. You may read it, print it and share it for your own information or professional evaluation.
You agree not to:
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the site;
- extract the content in bulk by automated means;
- reproduce our text, images or trademarks for commercial purposes without our written consent;
- use the booking form for solicitation or frivolous requests.
We may modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time, without notice.
3. Content is indicative
The descriptions, technical specifications, dimensions, throughputs, runtimes and illustrations shown on this site are provided for information purposes. They come from the manufacturer's documentation and may change without notice, particularly as Hexagone Sport Robotics develops its products.
Actual performance depends on factors specific to each site: nature and condition of the surface, dimensions, slope, weather, quality of satellite reception, frequency of use. Published figures are therefore not a performance commitment.
Only the specifications set out in a written quote or a signed contract bind us.
4. Prices and quotes
No price displayed, mentioned or discussed on this site, in an email exchange or during a demonstration constitutes a firm offer. Only a written quote signed by Rochon Sports Robotics Inc. binds the parties, for the validity period stated in it.
Prices are set in Canadian dollars, before taxes, shipping and installation, unless the quote states otherwise. They may vary with exchange rates, customs duties and the manufacturer's terms.
5. Warranties
Warranty mentions on this site are summaries. The applicable warranty terms are those of the sales contract and the after-sales service contract, including their exclusions, limits and the maintenance obligations attached to them.
The manufacturer's warranty is granted by Hexagone Sport Robotics on its own terms. Nothing in these terms limits the legal warranties provided by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
6. Intellectual property
Our trademarks
The Rochon Sports Robotics logo, the name “Rochon Sports Robotics” and the slogan “From the field to the future” are trademarks of Rochon Sports Robotics Inc. An application has been filed with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. Any reproduction, imitation or use likely to cause confusion is prohibited without our written authorisation.
The text written for this site, its structure, its layout and its code remain our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by copyright.
Manufacturer's trademarks
Hexagone, Buky, Vista, Jimmy, Moxy and the other product names, together with the visuals and technical documentation that accompany them, belong to Hexagone Sport Robotics. We use them under our official distributor agreement for Quebec and Canada. That use grants you no rights in those trademarks.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. We take reasonable care over the accuracy of its content, without guaranteeing that it is error-free, complete, current at all times, or available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of profit, arising from use of the site or from reliance on its indicative content. We neither limit nor exclude our liability for intentional or gross fault, nor in any case where the law prohibits it.
This limitation concerns the website. Liability relating to the sale, delivery, installation and servicing of equipment is set out in the applicable contract.
8. Third-party services and links
The site embeds or links to services we do not control: the Microsoft Bookings scheduling calendar, videos hosted on YouTube, and our pages on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Use of those services is governed by their operators' own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.
9. Personal information
How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Terrebonne, Province of Quebec, subject to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.
11. Changes and contact
We may amend these terms at any time. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in force. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the new version.
